Q: Until how many days before can I purchase Fast Track?
A: You can purchase it up to 24 hours before the arrival/departure flight!
Q: Does Fast Track include quick check-in, baggage retrieval, and customs?
A: No. This service includes escort assistance and the departure immigration process only.
Q: Where can we meet you after arriving at the airport?
A: You may contact us 2 days before the service via our email. Our team will also contact you via WhatsApp or email. Please make sure your WhatsApp number and email address are correct.
Additional Info
Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours (at least 1 and a half hours if customers book a premium package) before departure time.
Customers go to the airline and check in first by themselves and message us on their way to the E-F counter, then our staff will be there soon to meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us). Our staff will hold the sign “Round Plus”.
Customers must contact us before the Date of use for the meeting time confirmation. If customers are running late or early, they must inform us before heading to the airport.
Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during departure, our staff cannot enter that line.
**Please stay within the designated line, if customers leave the designated line service may be discontinued.
